Multimedia Presentation of FGC in 2023

Our desire is to train generations with a strong biblical world view that advances Christ's Kingdom in every aspect of their life. Experience God. Find Freedom.

What We Believe

God

There is one true, holy God, eternally existing in three equal persons—Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. He has demonstrated his power, wisdom, and goodness by creating the world and everything in it.

The Bible

The Bible is the inspired Word of God, revealing the will of God. These writings are without error, and they are the final authority on all matters of faith and how those truths are lived out. The Bible is the sole basis of our beliefs

Jesus Christ is the Son of God

Jesus Christ came to the earth, was born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, and lived a life without sin. He voluntarily gave his life on the cross as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, bringing God’s plan of salvation to all who trust in him alone. After his physical death, Jesus rose from the dead and ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He promises to personally return to earth to fulfill the eternal plans of God.

Man's Fall and Redemption

Man was created good and upright in the image of God. Because man sinned, he was separated from God. His only hope of redemption is Jesus Christ, the Son of God. Every person is God’s masterpiece, uniquely created with a purpose that can be most fully realized through a personal relationship with Jesus.

Salvation - New Birth

All of scripture points to God’s plan of salvation, also called new birth. Salvation is a free gift from God available to everyone. Through Christ’s death and resurrection, God provided salvation for the spirit, healing for the soul and body, and forgiveness of sins. This gift of salvation is given by the grace of God, accepted by faith in Jesus and not on the basis of any good works we can do.

Water Baptism and Communion

Water Baptism and Communion are both expressions of faith that Christians have the opportunity and blessing to willing partake. Baptism represents the saving work of Jesus in one’s life and is a public display of a joyful relationship with Jesus. Communion is a remembrance of Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross for all. Baptism and Communion are not a means of salvation but are sacraments of God’s sanctifying grace and blessing.

Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit is present in the world, convicting every person of their need for Jesus and empowering them for abundant life. Believers receive the gift of the Holy Spirit at the time of salvation, helping them live a life of Christ-like character. The baptism of the Holy Spirit empowers believers to be a witness to those around them and brings a deeper realization of their spiritual gifts and the boldness to pursue them. The spiritual gifts that were evident in the early Church are available for us today to encourage and build the Body of Christ.

Divine Healing

Divine Healing occurs when the supernatural power of God invades man’s natural experiences. It is the same power of God that brings healing to all areas of brokenness in an individual lives and earthly culture. Divine Healing is provided for and experienced by the power of God through prayer of faith.

Eternal Life

God created man to exist forever. Man will either spend his eternal existence with God through forgiveness and salvation or separated from God because of sin. Eternal union with God is heaven. Eternal separation from God is hell.

Return of Jesus to the Earth

Jesus will return as King of Kings and Lord of Lords to personally and visibly fulfill God’s plans for the earth. As Christians, we are called to advance his Kingdom on earth, just as Jesus prayed in the ‘Lord’s Prayer’ Our Father who is in heaven….Your Kingdom come, Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.

God Uses the Church

We believe the church is vital to bringing hope and healing to the world. The local expression of the Church is wherever believers gather for worship, prayer, fellowship, and the teaching of God’s Word; observe baptism and communion as established by Jesus Christ, and serve others with their God-given talents and gifts. The church is a group of diverse people, each one with a story, called to work together in love and unity to make disciples for the ultimate purpose of glorifying God.

From The Lords
From The Lords

Experiencing God and finding freedom is our priority for each person at Freedom Gate Church. You and I were designed by the Father to know Him and walk in the fullness of our purpose through His Son Jesus. It is our passion to equip world changers at every age level through worship, sharing the Word, ministry, and building strong relationships. We are here to be an encouragement to you.
