Mark and Altia Legters

The Legters work has focused on ministry expansion this year. After a very successful youth camp this past summer, they are now preparing to start a mission in a more impoverished part of the city of Merida. A member of the local congregation has offered the use of a small piece of land for this purpose, and the construction of a pole barn will begin shortly, as funds are available. Also, the main ministry called Casa del Padre (Father´s House) is looking to move to a larger building or property, one which would serve not only as a local church, but also have enough classroom space for a school of ministry and K-6th Christian school. Daughter Ellie and husband Sam, along with son John are currently in Argentina at a Bible school. Once they return at the end of the year, they will be involved in the ministry as well. Support will be used for covering the expenses related to the ministry and outreach.
